An Indian Ayurvedic Physician, Dr.Godmi Tresa Sunny has embarked on a fascinating journey to document the historical places where famous Hortus Malabaricus, the 17th Century Master Piece Compilation -of Dutch East India Company was created. Hortus Malabaricus was compiled over a period of nearly 30 years and published in Amsterdam during 1678–1693 The 12-volume, exquisitely illustrated ‘Hortus Malabaricus’ was a botanical masterpiece. It included wide-ranging information on the medicinal uses of 740 plants.
