Luisa lebt in einer Wohngruppe für Menschen mit Behinderung am Rande einer deutschen Kleinstadt. Sie liebt Partys, ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, lässt sich auf Flirts und Abenteuer ein. Zunächst unbemerkt wird Luisa stiller überraschend kommt heraus, dass sie schwanger ist. Sie selbst schweigt dazu, wie es passiert ist. Alle wissen, dass ihr Freund Anton nicht zeugungsfähig ist. Ein Verdacht auf sexuellen Missbrauch liegt nahe. Luisa entschließt sich, die Schwangerschaft abbrechen zu lassen. Es wird polizeilich ermittelt, ob eine Straftat vorliegt - die Ermittlungen werden zur Belastungsprobe für Luisa, ihre Beziehung zu Anton und die gesamte Wohngruppe.
