En un pueblo borrado de los mapas donde ni siquiera hay electricidad, la adolescente Laureana sueña con ser boxeadora. Cuando se entera de que su tío Anastasio Medialuna Páez peleará por el título mundial y el combate será transmitido en vivo, ella y su comunidad emprenden la misión de llevar electricidad y un televisor a la plaza  para descubrir que su verdadera lucha es contra el olvido.

In a village erased from maps, a place without electricity, teenager Laureana dreams of becoming a boxer. When she learns that her uncle, Anastasio "Medialuna" Páez, will be fighting for the world title in a match that will be broadcast live, she and her community embark on a mission to bring electricity and a television to the town square. However, they soon discover that their real fight is against oblivion.
